Lemon pickle is a traditional Indian condiment made with lemons, ground spices and salt. Pickles are eaten as a side in an Indian meal and is believed to aid digestion when eaten in small quantities. This accompaniment is both sour and mildly spicy.

Ingredients: Organic Lemon, Salt, Red Chillies, Kashmiri Chillies, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Asafoetida.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Use a dry spoon. After use, keep the container closed airtight & refrigerate.
